📦 Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and components intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
👉 Due to the nature of electronic products (digital door locks), returns are only accepted for unopened items.
👉 If the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, the item is considered non-returnable as it cannot be resold.
3. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping
- We do not provide return shipping labels
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item,
contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or unsealed electronic products
- Installed or used items
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to
return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union,
you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days,
in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and components must be intact
- Item must be suitable for resale
👉 If the product has been opened or unsealed,
its value may be diminished, and a return may be refused or partially refunded.
👉 Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return,
we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
